As we celebrate our fifth anniversary of Happy Camper Records, we are sharpening our lens on the future of the label. Our aim with each release is to transpire a dance floor journey that can take the listener on a memorable trip. Our 1st EP of 2023 of our dear friend Dm Mx, one half to the vibrant Mexican ‘Soul Brothers’ duo, is nothing short of that.

The ‘Nature’ EP is a winner we have been sitting on for years & gets us ready for jungle mode.
Nature travels deep, and hypnotises a bossy groove that gives the world a glimpse of his inspiration of the Yucatan Peninsula which has obviously influenced his studio work. Teaming up with his Soul Brother better half, it would only make sense the boys teamed up to give us a chunky, straightforward remix that gives the original a housey brother.

To expand the Nature EP a little closer to home, Happy Camper brainchild ‘unders’ teamed up with his talented neighbour Ape Chimba to give the original an unexpected vocal retouch. With Ape channeling a new language and unders warming up the original, both the vocal and dub remixes give you a special nugget as an element of surprise.
